No, INspired Leadership coaches are not counselors. Coaches center their work around the belief that clients are healthy. Coaches focus on the present and future, while counselors and therapists focus on the past.

Coaching typically consists of a series of one-on-one sessions between you and your coach. Typically we contract six sessions over three months, and often one of the sessions includes an Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment. Our coaches ask powerful questions designed to help you identify what you really want and what's in your way. You can choose 30-minute or 60-minute sessions. Most of our sessions are virtual, but we can also coach by phone or in person, depending on your location.

Absolutely! We work with groups of two up to 30. We offer small, intimate coaching groups of 2-6, and we offer larger, team groups for leadership, culture, and teamwork consulting. If groups are larger than 30, for training for example, we organize smaller groups for higher engagement and interaction. We will always work with you to get you what you want!

Our coaches can coach you on almost any topic because we believe you hold the keys to your own answers and are the expert on your life. We ask questions about your thinking, beliefs, values, etc., and we provide active listening to hear your goals, obstacles, and support you in your next best step whether it's business, relationships, big decisions, or personal growth.

Thoughts and feelings create energy throughout our bodies. When we talk about Energy Leadership, we're referring to how your thoughts and feelings produce energy in the actions you take. When we raise our awareness of our perspectives and approaches, we change our energy, which impacts our leadership.

We do both! Depending on the size of your group, up to two coaches from our team will travel onsite. Otherwise, most of our work is done just as effectively virtually, through Zoom.
