My Story in 64 Words
Once upon a time a young mom attended leadership coach training to keep her teaching credentials up-to-date. The training blew her socks off.
She wondered, “why don’t more people have access to these leadership coaches? Everyone could benefit from reflection with a professional trained to think outside the box.”
She thought she should quit teaching and offer coaching services full-time.
So she did.
Coaching Philosophy
I believe in reflective leadership and insight-based learning. I’ve been told my listening is “next-level” creates opportunities for individuals and teams to generate creative ideas, solutions, self-awareness. I use creative and cognitive approaches in coaching.

“Leadership is complicated, and sometimes leaders need to have an objective person to share ideas and process complex situations. Rachel is a calm, attentive coach who can listen, synthesize, and help me refine my thinking. I would not be where I am today personally and professionally without Rachel’s coaching.”

"My confidence has increased tremendously and staff have told me that they appreciate my new approach of not trying to fix issues FOR them. Rachel's coaching has allowed me to be a more curious individual who now has less self-judgement and greater confidence, which has helped me be a better mom, spouse, and leader at work."

"My original plan was to wait until summer when I was less busy but I would have missed out on so much if I had followed my plan! Rachel's coaching provided me with an insight to the me that I hadn't spent time with in too long. I found more of myself and a renewed purpose. Joy!"
