The Bridging to Resilience conference is about coming together with educators, social workers, health care professionals, faith-based communities, and other helping professionals to share conversations, ideas, strategies, tools, and connections to help build resilience and heal trauma in our classrooms and communities. Meet Our Keynotes

Jessica Harris

Jessica Harris is a teacher, national presenter, and consultant who has worked with schools nationwide to implement trauma-informed systems at all tiers to support student behavior. 

Jessica is the creator of the C.L.I.M.B. program, an alternative-to-suspension classroom, which serves students by providing intensive social and emotional instruction and ongoing support. Jess is also a trainer for Restorative Justice and is certified in Dr. Bruce Perry's Neurosequential Model for Education.  

Tammy Fellers

Tammy Fellers has been an educator for over 30 years and a leader in varying capacities for over 16 years. 

“It’s important to me to support leaders. With my own leadership experience, I know the struggles firsthand.”

Tammy knows that leadership isn’t always a walk in the park and has dedicated her time to training, coaching, and facilitating conversations about leading oneself first to improve school and work cultures. 

“I believe leaders can reach their optimal effectiveness through awareness, conscious choice, and intention. And doing all that with support, they can reach their best even faster.”
