Follow these steps to complete the process:
Meet with ESSDACK Connect Director Jill Brown to discuss dreams and needs.
Sign Virtual Intent Form.
Meet with ESSDACK and KSDE representatives to finalize details.
Identify a district contact person to work with ESSDACK staff.
Approve ESSDACK presentation at KSDE monitoring meeting for virtual program approval.
